Hoy LSW 2000 — Noise Protection Systems
Constantly increasing noise pollution on roads, railway tracks, or industrial areas requires effective measures to reduce noise levels. By incorporating a concrete core into our proven systems Hoy Quicky Forte 2000®, Hoy Quicky Forte -S- 2000®, or Hoy Quicky Light 2000®, they become the unique noise protection wall system Hoy LSW 2000®. The concrete core provides a seamless sound barrier in the construction and also serves as a stiffening element.
- Unfilled wire mesh containers (Hoy Quicky Forte 2000® Hoy Quicky Forte -S- 2000® or Hoy Quicky Light 2000®) with plug fasteners or spirals.
- Made of electrically spot-welded steel wire mesh with a wire tensile strength of ≥ 450 N/mm2.
- Distance holders Ø 5.0 mm and plug rods Ø 6.0 mm or spirals Ø 4.5 mm.
- All parts have a zinc-aluminum coating with an aluminum content of >/= 10 %.
- Corrosion resistance of at least 3000 hours salt spray test according to DIN EN 9227-NSS.
- Deviating dimensions on request.
- Basket construction according to Hoy LSW-2000® with internal separating grid and separating fleece for emission protection core (thickness = at least 10 cm, filling concrete).
- Wire thicknesses: 4.5 mm or 5 mm
- Mesh size: 5 × 5 cm, 5 × 10 cm, 10 × 10 cm or 10 × 10 cm with front 5 × 10 cm
